Chef Gianfranco created this wonderful
menu based on using the freshest organic produce purchased from the local Santa
Monica Farmer’s Markets in conjunction with sustainable protein while
highlighting health and low fat. Lago is proud to make pasta, focaccia bread,
desserts & gelato fresh daily.
The market ingredients featured this
week are beets & fingerling potatoes from Weiser, radicchio from Tutti
Frutti, Pink Lady apples from Miguels, cabbage from Jaime and herbs from Maggie’s.
